    Well, probably never… We make our product in limited quantities. So once something sells out, we may never make it again.

  • I have a golf club/business/team/circus that wants to do custom polos, can you?"
    Not right now. There’s a lot of details that can go into doing custom work that we are still working out. Doesn’t hurt to reach out to us though!
  • Are your products in-stock?
    Most products will be in stock. We release our products in “projects” which we usually will be releasing with a set amount of inventory. Some projects we will offer pre-ordering, but we aren’t there yet.
  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    We strive to ship in-stock item purchases in 2-3 business days. Depending on the shipping service and your location, it may take up to 2 weeks to receive your order, but usually 5-7 business days from the date of purchase.
  • I ordered the wrong X. Can I change or cancel my order?
    Yes. You must email us at support@obgolfhawaii.com within 12 Hours of placing your order to cancel, or make changes to your order.
  • I made a mistake on my shipping address, can I change that?"
    Yes. You must email us at support@obgolfhawaii.com within 12 Hours of placing your order to make any change to your shipping address. Sometimes, addresses get flagged when we attempt to ship an order, in which case, we will contact you to confirm the address. But once we ship it, it’s out of our hands, so please double check all your info prior to purchasing.
  • I got my order, but I don’t like the fit. Can I exchange it?"
    If the product size matches your order, you won’t be able to exchange it. If you have questions about sizing, or are unsure about what size to purchase, check out our Sizing Information, or email us at support@obgolfhawaii.com before you make your purchase.
  • I received the wrong X. What now?
    If we made a mistake with your order (incorrect size, design, color, qty, etc) You must email us at support@obgolfhawaii.com within 2 days of the delivery date of your order. We will be sure to do everything to fix our mistakes. But after 2 days, and we can’t guarantee anything.
  • I received my order, but there’s some damage. Can I refund/return/exchange?"
    Yes. Contact us at support@obgolfhawaii.com within 2 days of the delivery date of your order with info on the damage and some images. We do ensure that our products leave our shop in the right condition, so we hold the right in determining if your product(s) are subject for a refund/return/exchange.
  • I placed an order, it didn’t go through, but it’s saying my card was charged. Yo!"
    If this happens. Please contact us right away at support@obgolfhawaii.com within 12 hours of the incident. It may happen from time to time, and could be the cause of a lot of different factors, so please reach out and we can get it fixed for you.
  • It says Pre-Order. What does that mean?
    Although Pre-Ordering products will be something that is project specific, we do offer it. Pre-Ordered products are not carried in-stock, so they aren’t readily available to ship. You can expect to receive pre-ordered items in 4-6 weeks. Any longer than that, please contact us right away. Pre-Ordered items share the same return policies as our in-stock items.
